This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from shealuxecosmetics.com (the “Site”).

Ordering processing time is 3-5 business days, unless otherwise notified. Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Services (USPS) Monday through Friday. In case of a holiday, orders are shipped on the next business day. If a product is out of stock please allow 7-14 business days for the product to be processed and shipped out. When shipped, you will receive an email containing your order tracking information.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not receive it, you must contact the United States Postal Service at 1.800.275.8777. SheaLuxe Cosmetics does not hold responsibility for packages that are delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that stat being delivered.
Local deliveries will be delivered on Saturday & Sundays from 2pm to 5pm central standard time.
SheaLuxe Cosmetics NOT responsible for ANY lost, stolen, or damaged packages during shipping. United States Postal Services (USPS) MUST be contacted if any packages are lost, stolen, damaged or for any shipping inquires after items have been shipped.
Contact USPS to File a Claim if your items are lost, stolen, or damaged.
All sales are final unless an error occurred on behalf of SheaLuxe Cosmetics
No returns will be provided or discounts will be provided for missed sales.
Due to the nature of SheaLuxe Cosmetics products. If there is an issue with your order or you are not satisfied, we will happily work with you to find a solution.
An order may be cancelled if the order has not yet shipped. If the order has beed shipped, no cancellation will be available. No refund will be given do to Covid 19
