Due to the nature of SheaLuxe Products, we are unable to accept returned products. If there is an issue with your order or you are not satisfied, we will happily work with you to find a solution.
Ordering processing time is 3-5 business days, unless otherwise notified. Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Services (USPS) Monday through Friday. In case of a holiday, orders are shipped on the next business day. If a product is out of stock please allow 7-14 business days for the product to be processed and shipped out. When shipped, you will receive an email containing your order tracking information.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not receive it, you must contact the United States Postal Service at 1.800.275.8777. SheaLuxe Cosmetics does not hold responsibility for packages that are delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that stat being delivered.
Local deliveries will be delivered on Saturday & Sundays from 2pm to 5pm central standard time.
SheaLuxe Cosmetics is NOT responsible for ANY lost, stolen, or damaged packages during shipping. United States Postal Services (USPS) MUST be contacted if any packages are lost, stolen, damaged or for any shipping inquires after items have been shipped.
Contact USPS to File a Claim if your items are lost, stolen, or damaged.
